KEEPING COVID SECURE

We are here to support you in having an effective and safe experience whilst visiting the clinic, and although some of the measures set out below may seem frustrating and time consuming, they are necessary in ensuring yours and others safety.

For your safety and the safety of others we kindly request that you:

  • Cancel your appointment if you feel unwell, have a temperature or persistent cough, or have been in contact with someone suspected of having Covid-19.
  • If you have been advised to stay “shielded” (due to underlying health issues) we cannot see you in clinic, but can arrange a remote / telephone appointment for you.
  • On arrival at the clinic – please wait in your car until the time of your appointment.
  • Please press the doorbell at your appointment time
  • PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING BY YOURSELF.
  • If you have any concerns as to risks of infection outweighing your need for a face to face consultation, please let us know and we can organise a remote / telephone appointment instead.

As a clinic we will:

  • Take your temperature at the door
  • We will be in full appropriate PPE as per guidelines
  • Provider Hand Sanitation stations

Please note that, we are no longer providing drinking water so please bring your own.

We are no longer accepting cash. We continue to accept card payments, contactless and Apple Pay
