Alternatively, an orthosis can be permanently used to improve degenerative or congenital conditions.

In some instances, an off the shelf corrective method may be available and prove to be the best option. However, in other patients, there will be a fundamental need to design, develop and fabricate a bespoke Orthosis for a specific requirement. The latter option being the most effective, since they are crafted for the individual’s specific needs.
