Rohit Shin - BSc (Hons) Osteopathy 2003 - Registered Osteopath
As the owner of Backs to Basics, Rohit is a highly qualified, customer focused Osteopath, who qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2003. In addition, he is a member of the British Osteopathic Association. Rohit set up his own clinic in 2004, here in Croxley Green. Since that time, his reputation and that of the Backs to Basics practice, has been further enhanced by a growing list of wholly satisfied customers, standing as real testimony to the quality of service he and the Backs to Basics team consistently deliver.
Rohit has continued to study, and gained further qualification in the highly respected area of cranial osteopathy, he has attained levels 1, 2 and 3 with the Sutherland Cranial College. He is an active member of the local community, playing an integral role in helping young people with work experience and accepting work placements from local schools and colleges. Away from his busy professional role, he is a keen sportsman and enjoys golf and mountain biking.
Jenny Whittick - Homeopath, Indian Head Massage, Nutrition, Reiki Practitioner. Registered member of the Complementary Therapists Association
Jenny works toward improving client health and immunity through natural Homeopathic remedies, Bach flower remedies, and nutritional and lifestyle guidance. With 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Jenny has a real understanding of medications that are natural and conventional. She has an Honours Degree in Applied Biology and studied for 5 years with the British School of Homeopathy, fully qualifying in 2007. During 2008, Jenny qualified in Stress Management and Relaxation technique at the Relaxation for Living Institute, and in 2010 obtained a Diploma in Nutrition for Alternative Practitioners. Jenny also attained a diploma in Advanced Indian Head Massage, from the London Centre of Indian Champissage International. This treatment enables her to help patients with anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, stiffness and day-to-day tensions.
Lydia Sanchez - Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, Indian Head Masseuse, Diet and Nutrition advisor, NLP Master Practitioner
Lydia has the all-important role of improving patient’s general health, fitness and wellbeing. Having qualified with a level 3 Diploma in Indian Head Massage with the Middlesex School of Complimentary Medicine in spring 2009, she has continued to develop her own health and fitness skills, completing a Diploma in Personal Training (level 3) in 2009 and a Diploma in Sports Massage (level 3) in 2010.
Using her knowledge and experience of Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage, Personal Training, Nutrition and Personal Coaching, Lydia provides a comprehensive service that covers past or recent injuries, tight and achy muscles and, essential maintenance massage to combat the negative effects of daily life and stresses on the body. Further to this, she delivers personal coaching and nutritional advice to ensure that the body operates efficiently and effectively.
